About the project
Passive house with future in mind. Modern design, high-quality finishing materials, fine landscaping. On the 1st floor: spacious and bright living room with kitchen and exit to the outdoor terrace, bathroom / technical room. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (one of which has a spacious wardrobe with a window). Solar panels are installed on the roof of each section of the building. The panels complement the building's energy efficiency indicators by providing the electricity required for hot water.
Twin-house on Zeltiņu Street is an example of functional design and quality construction. High-quality indoor air quality and thermal comfort is provided without complicated engineering solutions and with very low operating costs. The building will be pleasant to live in, both, in hot summers and icy winters.
